Step 2:
My squash, peel. Cut into rings 1-1.5 cm thick. Cut out the core with seeds.

Tomatoes are washed, cut out the stalk, and cut into rings 0.5 cm thick. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs with a whisk, adding salt and ground black pepper. Pour flour into another plate. This is in order to roll zucchini in them.
Step 6:
Preparing the filling. In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, add salt and pepper, sour cream, chopped sausage and green onions. Mix well.
Step 7:
Roll the zucchini rings first in eggs, then in flour.
Step 8:
Heat the vegetable oil well in a frying pan and reduce the heat to medium. We lay out the rings of zucchini, cover the pan with a lid and fry the zucchini on both sides.
Step 9:
After the bottom part is fried, turn it over.
Step 10:
We put the filling in the middle of each ring, cover with a slice of tomato and spread the cheese on top. Cover the pan with a lid and wait for the bottom of the zucchini to fry.
Step 11:
The zucchini is fried, and the cheese has melted, you can put them on a dish. Now it remains to fry the remaining portion. I used 2 frying pans on 2 burners for fast cooking.
Step 12:
Zucchini with sausage and cheese are ready, serve to the table. Enjoy your meal!
