Cooking method
1. Pork is washed, onions are cleaned. Chop the meat with onions using a meat grinder. In the resulting minced meat, add salt and ground black pepper, pour in water and mix.
2. Lavash is smeared with minced meat, rolled into a roll and cut into pieces, about 4 cm thick.
3. We put sour cream in a bowl, pour water (boiling water), add salt, mix.
4. We put the blanks in a baking dish, pour the sauce and send it to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. It will take half an hour and 10 minutes to bake in a switched-off oven.
Serve the dish hot.
