Protein Cake with Chicken Breast (Great for Cutting)

  • Whisk the egg whites and yolks together. In a nonstick skillet, cook three thin egg crêpes. Separately, boil the chicken breast, seasoning it lightly with salt and pepper, then cut it into cubes. Mix the cottage cheese with the chopped herbs. Assemble in a mold: start with an egg crêpe, then add a layer of cottage cheese, chicken, and lettuce leaves. Repeat the layers. Top it all off with a final egg crêpe. Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours so the layers meld. Done! Enjoy!
