Step 1:
Peel the sausages from the shell, make incisions. Cut the bread into portions, tomatoes into halves.
Step 2:
Preheat the grill pan and fry bread, sausages, tomatoes in a small amount of vegetable oil.
Step 3:
In parallel, fry the bacon in a dry frying pan. Choose the degree of roasting according to your taste: someone likes it crispy, and someone likes it slightly toasted. Put the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
Step 4:
Fry the mushrooms in the same frying pan, pre-slicing them. If necessary, add vegetable oil. Fry on high heat for a few minutes so that the mushrooms retain their juiciness. Put the mushrooms aside and break the egg, put the sausages, bacon, beans in tomato sauce and fry until the scrambled eggs are ready. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with bread toasts.
