Pancakes with cottage cheese cream

In a blender, mix the ingredients for the dough.
Heat the frying pan well with the addition of sunflower oil (a couple of drops) so that the pancakes do not stick, and bake the pancakes in the usual way. That is, from both sides to a golden color.
For the filling, it is advisable to pour raisins with hot water for 15 minutes in advance so that it swells.
Chop the walnut kernels into fine crumbs.
