Step-by-step cooking
In my family, it is customary on Sundays, especially in the morning, to cook something special from food. The meat that I propose to cook according to this culinary recipe will please you very much. Cooking meat in batter! In our family it is called habitually – pieces.
Before frying it, marinate it. In what? Of course, in mayonnaise. Then it turns out very soft and juicy. Adding a little lemon juice, get the sourness you need. By the way, I do this when I cook kebabs.
So, cut the pork into slices 2cm thick across the fibers. Pour the meat with mayonnaise. By the way, you can prepare this filling yourself. Use one refined oil, raw egg, salt and pepper, whipping the mass until the consistency of ordinary mayonnaise is obtained.
Then dip the pieces of meat in the sauce. We'll put them in the refrigerator. And after a while we'll fry them. You can roll them in flour or breadcrumbs – it will be like a batter. Or you can cook the batter itself separately – from one egg, salt and flour.
I like to add more black pepper to the batter.
Fry on both sides on vegetable (or you can also on cream!) oil. We will make an average fire.
