I have been using this cooking recipe for boiled chicken with garlic sauce since school days. As you may have guessed, it is easy to prepare, but also very satisfying, tasty and fragrant.
I adore Abkhazian cuisine, and delicious chicken in spicy sauce is one of my favorite treats. I have no doubt that your whole family will enjoy this food, and the guests will praise you as a professional chef.
So, the recipe itself.
Take a chicken carcass, clean it from feathers, wash it. Without cutting the chicken into pieces, put it in a saucepan with water so that the meat is completely under water, and cook in boiling water until ready. Then season the finished chicken with salt to taste, cut into portions and put on a platter.
To make a spicy sauce, we need to chop the garlic (you can grate it), dilute it with a glass of chicken broth and add salt.
Garlic can be put on a dish with chicken, or you can serve it separately from meat.
As I said, boiled chicken with garlic sauce is cooked very quickly, and you and your family will be full and satisfied.
