Cooking method
- I've been using this recipe for boiled chicken with garlic sauce since my school days. As you might guess, it's easy to make, but also very satisfying, tasty, and fragrant. I adore Abkhaz cuisine, and appetizing chicken in a spicy sauce is one of my favorite treats. I have no doubt your whole family will enjoy this dish, and your guests will praise you like a professional chef. So, here's the recipe. Take a whole chicken, pluck off any feathers, and wash it. Without cutting the chicken into pieces, lower it into a pot of water so the meat is completely submerged, and cook in boiling water until done. Then season the cooked chicken with salt to taste, cut it into serving pieces, and arrange it on a platter. To make the spicy sauce, chop the garlic (or grate it), thin it with a cup of chicken broth, and add salt. You can spoon the garlic sauce onto the platter with the chicken, or serve it separately. As I said, boiled chicken with garlic sauce comes together very quickly, and you and your family will be full and happy. Enjoy your meal!
