This very simple and not expensive cooking recipe will appeal to you and your loved ones!
Before starting work, it is necessary to boil potatoes, carrots and beets.
The salad must be made in layers, do not mix! Layers are laid out on a wide dish!
1 layer – rub 1 potato on a large grater;
2 layer – rub 75 gr. boiled sausage on a coarse grater;
3 layer – cut 1 onion;
4 layer – pour mayonnaise over everything (not a very thick layer);
5 layer – clean ½ pomegranate and lay out a layer;
6 layer – grate carrots on a large grater;
7 layer – grate beets on a large grater;
8 layer – lubricate everything with sour cream a little;
9 layer – grate 1 potato on a coarse grater;
10 layer – rub 75 gr. boiled sausage on a coarse grater;
11 layer – cut 1 onion;
12 layer – pour mayonnaise and sour cream over everything;
13 layer – we spread pomegranate seeds on top.
