Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products according to the list, peel potatoes, carrots and onions, wash chicken liver.
Step 2:
Cut chicken liver into small pieces.
Step 3:
Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat it up and put the liver in the pan. Fry the pieces of liver over medium heat, stirring, for two minutes.
Step 4:
Meanwhile, cut the onion into quarter rings.
Step 5:
Add the chopped onion to the pan to the chicken liver, stir and fry for another five minutes on medium heat.
Step 6:
While frying the liver with onions, cut the carrot into small cubes.
Step 7:
Then pour the sliced carrots into a saucepan, add salt and spices and mix. We continue to fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 8:
Next, cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Step 9:
We put the sliced potatoes in a saucepan.
Step 10:
Fill potatoes with liver in a saucepan with broth, put a bay leaf.
Step 11:
Gently mix all the ingredients in the pan, let it boil, reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 12:
At the end of quenching, finely chop the greens.
Step 13:
Pour the chopped greens into a saucepan and mix.
Step 14:
Stewed potatoes with liver are ready, turn off the fire.
Step 15:
Stewed potatoes with liver are immediately served hot on the table.
