Cooking method
1. Cut the veal across the fibers into portions and chop it off.
2. Mix salt with red pepper and rub the meat with this mixture.
3. Sauce. Wash the mushrooms, cut into slices and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Transfer the mushrooms to a plate. Garlic is passed through a press. In another frying pan, heat the cream, add garlic and mushrooms, stir, cover and, stirring occasionally, simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
