Cooking method
1. Cabbage, tomatoes, apples are washed, dried with paper towels. Chop the cabbage, remove the stalks from the apples and tomatoes, then cut the tomatoes into plates (quite thin). We cut out the cores of apples, then cut the fruit in the same way as tomatoes.
2. We cut the washed pork and ham into large pieces.
3. Pour the melted pork fat into the bowl of the multivark, warm it up in the "Frying" mode (you can also use the "Multi-cooker" mode).
4. We put pork in a bowl, fry, stirring, for 8 minutes, after which we salt and put spices (pepper, bay leaf).
5. Peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion arbitrarily (cubes or quarters of rings), finely chop the garlic.
6. Add half of the onion, garlic and cabbage to the bowl of the slow cooker, then spread the ham. We put the remaining cabbage, onion, garlic on it.
7. Sprinkle with salt, pour water.
8. We set the "Extinguishing" mode and the time is 1 hour.
