Chicken Drumsticks in Viburnum Sauce
Everyday chicken legs with a sauce that's anything but ordinary. This recipe gave me a great way to use a batch of viburnum sauce — made from kalyna berries with orange and cinnamon — that I'd put up earlier. The drumsticks came out fantastic: tender, wonderfully aromatic, with a gentle berry-and-orange tang.
