Chicken hearts in a slow cooker in cream

Creamy, delicate and fragrant combination of products! Chicken hearts are a fairly common product, many different dishes can be prepared from them. At my house they like hearts in cream. Serve with your favorite side dish, my kids love with mashed potatoes or pasta. Prepare it and you will definitely be asked for more supplements!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 40 min

1. We wash the chicken hearts well and clean them from the film.

2. In the slow cooker, set the "Frying" mode, pour sunflower oil into the bowl and fry the chopped onion until transparent.

3. Add hearts to them, and fry a little too.

4. Pour cream and water, season with spices and salt, (if you want a thicker sauce, add 1 tablespoon of flour).

5. Cook the hearts in a slow cooker on the "stewing" mode, about 1-1.20 hours.

6. Serve with garnish and herbs.
