Slow-Cooker Chicken Hearts in Cream

A creamy, tender, aromatic combination! Chicken hearts are pretty easy to find, and you can make all sorts of dishes with them. At my house, hearts in cream are the favorite. Serve them with your favorite side — my kids love them over mashed potatoes or pasta. Make a batch and everyone's sure to ask for seconds!
