Frozen cabbage rolls in sour cream

In a frying pan, fry the flour with the addition of vegetable oil. When the flour is fried (no more than a minute), pour in the cream, stir until smooth and add sour cream. Salt and pepper the sauce to taste, boil for 2 minutes.

Put cabbage rolls in a saucepan, fill them up to half with broth (you can use water).
Pour sour cream sauce.

Stew cabbage rolls on low heat for 40 minutes, and, having spread out on serving plates, serve on the table.
