Muscovy Duck with Potatoes

A wonderfully tasty holiday dinner for family and guests — give it a try! It's a can't-miss choice for a festive meal: hearty and full of flavor. My guests are always thrilled when I make it. And if you're watching what you eat, you can use leaner cuts of the duck cooked with vegetables.
