Cooking method
1. Wash the turkey and cut it into large pieces. Brush the meat with mustard and grated ginger, marinate for 40 minutes.
2. Fry the turkey in vegetable oil for 15 minutes.
3. Wash the carrots and cut them into circles, onion rings.
4. Add the carrots to the meat and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
5. Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and put them to the meat.
6. Add salt, spices, paprika and bay leaf, pour water and mix well.
7. Simmer meat with potatoes for 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
