- Rinse the meat and cut it into small pieces. Grate the carrot and finely chop the onion. Sauté all the prepared ingredients in the sunflower oil in the slow cooker on the "Sauté" (Frying) setting for 10 minutes. Then add the water and the cauliflower, broken into florets. Season the liquid with salt and pepper. Switch to the "Stew" (Braise) setting and cook until done, about 30 minutes. Your chicken with cauliflower is ready — enjoy!
