First of all, we defrost the rapans and cut them into medium pieces, onions – half rings. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and simmer the onion in it for three minutes. After this time, we put rapan to the onion, salt-pepper and fry for another three minutes.
Next you need to add cream. Stirring systematically, we continue the heat treatment for another three minutes. After three minutes have passed, remove the pan from the heat. Further heat exposure will make the meat rubbery.
We put the rapans in a plate. Decorate the dish with lemon, herbs and olives or otherwise - to your taste.
