Step 1:

Step 2:
Meanwhile, peel and dice carrots and potatoes.
Step 3:
Pour the vegetables into a bowl, fill with water, add salt and turn on the slow cooker for the "Stewing" mode, the time is 30 minutes.
Step 4:
After completing the program, add lemon juice and use a blender to puree the soup.
Step 5:
