Step 1:
Prepare the products - wash the mushrooms, remove the films and fat from the chicken fillet.
Step 2:
Cut the fillet into cubes.
Step 3:
Melt butter in a frying pan.
Step 4:
Lay out the chicken and fry it quickly. If you want meat with a crust, then use another oil - either ghee, or a mixture of sunflower and butter. So the oil will not burn, and you can cook at a higher temperature.
Step 5:
Chop the mushrooms.
Step 6:
Put the mushrooms to the chicken and fry for 5 minutes, stirring.
Step 7:
Add spices and sour cream. If you want liquid gravy, add water. If you serve this chicken with pasta, take water from cooking pasta, it will thicken the sauce.
Step 8:
Simmer under the lid for 5 minutes. And that's it. Dill is good with sour cream, so when serving, you can finely chop it and sprinkle it on the dish.
