Cooking method
1. Peel the onion, chop it finely.
2. Wash beef, cut into portions.
3. Heat a saucepan with oil, put onion and meat in it, add salt. Fry until the meat changes color.
4. Then add flour and tomato paste, stir and fry for a couple of minutes.
5. Add water and, stirring, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a minimum and simmer under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and let it stand for another 5 minutes.
Meat with gravy is ready!
