Creamy Porcini Mushroom Sauce

    1. If using fresh mushrooms, clean and wash them; if frozen, let them thaw. 2. Cut them into small pieces. 3. Peel the onion and chop it finely. 4. Melt the butter in a skillet, add the onion, and sauté for a few minutes. 5. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, with the onion for 10 minutes. 6. Pour in the cream and add salt, pepper (if you like), and a pinch of caraway. 7. Simmer for 5 minutes, then cover and keep it over low heat for another 10 minutes, stirring now and then. The sauce is ready — serve it in a nice dish, garnished with fresh herbs. Enjoy!
