Cream sauce made from fresh porcini mushrooms

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Peel and wash the mushrooms, if fresh. If not, let them unfreeze.
2. Cut into small pieces.
3. Peel the onion, cut it finely.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan, put the onion in it, fry for a few minutes.
5. Add the mushrooms. Stir-fry the onion and mushrooms for 10 minutes.
6. Pour the cream into the pan, put salt, pepper (if desired), a pinch of cumin.
7. Simmer the mixture for 5 minutes, then cover the pan with a lid and keep it on low heat for another 10 minutes. Do not forget to stir.

The sauce is ready, serve it on the table in a beautiful container, decorate with herbs.
