Step-by-step cooking
Wash the mushrooms.
Cut the large ones into 2-4 parts, leave the small ones entirely.
Peel the garlic and finely chop it or pass it through a garlic juicer.
Wash the greens, dry them and chop them finely.
Put mushrooms in a saucepan or frying pan, pour vinegar, add salt, sugar, allspice, bay leaf, cloves and pour vegetable oil.
Mix everything, cover with a lid and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Advice. During stewing, a sufficient amount of juice will be released from the mushrooms, and they will be stewed in their own juice. But, if desired, you can add a little water and adjust the marinade to your liking, adding, if necessary, salt, sugar, vinegar or spices.
After boiling, reduce the heat, and simmer, under the lid for 5-8 minutes.
Add garlic and herbs to the mushrooms, mix, cover and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Pepper with freshly ground pepper to taste.
Cool the finished mushrooms, then chill in the refrigerator.
Can be served as a cold snack immediately or put in a glass jar, pour marinade and store in the refrigerator.
