Chicken fillet with cinnamon and raisins

Preparation:
Soak the raisins in boiling water.
Cut the fillet into small pieces, put it in a deep bowl, pour soy sauce, pour 1 teaspoon of sugar. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fillets, sprinkle with cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of sugar, pour in 4 tablespoons of water, stir.
Cover with a lid and leave on low heat for 8 minutes.
Squeeze the raisins, add to the pan, mix. Leave on low heat for another 5 minutes .
Serve the finished fillet with rice.
