Step-by-step cooking
Boil the rice until half cooked, cool.
Chop the onion with a mixer.
Add rice, onion, pepper, salt to the minced meat.
Pour the grape leaves with boiling water for 1 minute, then quickly cool under a stream of cold water.
Put a layer of grape leaves on the bottom of the mold.
Spread the minced meat on the leaves.
Cover with a layer of grape leaves.
Make another layer in the same way.
Pour the dolma with salted water and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
Put the lazy dolma on a platter.
Serve with one of the sauces: kefir with garlic, sour cream with garlic, mayonnaise with garlic.
