Step-by-step cooking
Take the chicken carcass and rinse it thoroughly under cold running water. Then remove the giblets, rinse again and cut into large pieces. Peel the onion, cut it into rings and fry in butter until golden brown. After the onion is ready, put chicken pieces, capsicum, coriander and basil greens, sliced tomatoes and salt everything. Cover the pan with a lid, and simmer on low heat until the bird is ready, stirring occasionally.
