Wash the wings under cold water. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into half rings. Chop the basil.(I used frozen) Press the garlic on the garlic press. Put everything in a container where you can mix. Add kefir, basil, honey and soy sauce. Let stand for 2-3 hours and simmer in a slow cooker on the mode:"Quenching" 50 min.
