To start, take the peeled onion and cut into small cubes. Fry the onion in preheated vegetable oil, so that the onion becomes golden. And add mushrooms to the already fried onion. At the end, add butter to the stewed mushrooms. Separately, boil the potatoes in salted water. Potatoes of crumbly or boiling varieties are better suited for cooking this dish.
