Choose beef pulp for this dish. Buy a rump or a rump of beef. First you need to wash it. Then cut into pieces, the weight of which is about 150 grams. They should be salted each and pepper. Then roll the meat in flour and into a frying pan heated with oil. Fry the meat from two sides. A ruddy crust should form. After that, put the meat in a saucepan. Cover your pot with a lid and put on the fire. It should be stewed for 2.5 hours. Separately fry the onions and put out the potatoes. Potatoes can be cooked as you like. Then add them to the meat.
