Cooking method
I really like to gather friends at home and delight them with various new culinary recipes. And since almost everyone's favorite food is meat, I try to cook more various meat dishes. I recently bought a book on American cuisine, and immediately found a recipe that caught my attention, it's "Beef stew and stuffed potatoes." I cooked it over the weekend, spent only about an hour and was pleasantly surprised that everyone liked it, and my friends asked me to share the recipe. I am happy to tell you how easy it is to cook this dish.
In one pan I fry the meat so that it gets an appetizing brown color, in another onion, then mix it all, add broth and stew until the dish is cooked. While the meat is stewing, I bake potatoes in uniforms. When it is ready, I cut it in half and after removing the pulp, I send the resulting boats to the oven so that they become crispy. When they are fried, I fill them with meat stew. I knead the potato pulp with a fork, add salt and pepper, put a spoonful of this puree on top of the "boats".Everything is ready to be served to the table.
