Mix again so that the tomatoes completely cover the pieces of meat.
Step 9:
Fill the meat with 500 milliliters of boiling water (so that the heat treatment process does not stop), close the pan with a lid and simmer the pork on low heat for about 30 minutes.
Step 10:
During this time, the meat will cook, become unusually soft, juicy and very tender. We serve delicious meat gravy with any side dish of your choice.
