Step 1:

Step 4:

Step 5:
Mix all the ingredients well in a saucepan.
Step 6:
Add half a liter of water to the pan, then pour out four tablespoons of sugar and two tablespoons of salt.
Step 7:
Pour two hundred milliliters of vegetable oil into a saucepan, then put it on the stove and turn it on at medium temperature.
Step 8:
Grate one kilogram of carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 9:
Put the grated carrots in a saucepan and after mixing all the ingredients, continue to stew the vegetables.
Step 10:
Grate one kilogram of beetroot on a coarse grater.
Step 11:
We put the grated beets in a common saucepan and mix.
Step 12:
Having covered the pan with a lid, we cook the salad for forty minutes, after which we mix and simmer for another twenty minutes, and five minutes before cooking, add two tablespoons of 70% acetic essence to the pan and mix.
Step 13:
The prepared salad is laid out hot in sterile jars and covered with sterile lids.
