Defrost the heart, wash it and cut it as small as possible with a sharp knife.This is necessary so that the heart turns out to be softer. Put it in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Leave for 15 minutes. Then pour sunflower oil into a preheated frying pan and simmer for 40 minutes. Pour sour cream towards the end. Mix it up. Bon appetit!!!
