Remove the leaves from a small loose cabbage head and lower them into boiling water for 3 minutes so that they are slightly scalded. Then remove the leaves from the boiling water and cool. The central vein from each leaf is carefully cut off. We lay out the cabbage leaves on the table and sprinkle with salt and ground red pepper. We make minced meat from any meat and fry it in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Put in it, finely grated, fresh carrots and fried onion rings. Boil the rice until it is half cooked and mix it with the filling, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper. Mix all the components well. Put a few spoonfuls of filling on each cabbage leaf and wrap it in an envelope. We put the cabbage rolls in a saucepan and completely fill them with broth. Simmer under a closed lid on low heat for 40 minutes. Stuffed cabbage rolls from meat and rice are served with a passer of carrots, mushrooms and onions or with sour cream. Bon appetit!
