Step-by-step cooking
We disassemble the cabbage into leaves and boil them in salted boiling water for 3 minutes. Thoroughly washed rice is boiled until half cooked and mixed with three types of minced meat. From carrots grated on a coarse grater, finely chopped onions and sliced tomatoes, we make a passirovka in vegetable oil. For passirovki we use half of the vegetables. Then add to the filling and mix well, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Put 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each cabbage leaf and fold it into an envelope. We put the cabbage rolls in a baking dish. We pass the remaining vegetables with sour cream and pour cabbage rolls on top. The prepared cabbage rolls are sent to a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes. Cabbage rolls with meat are served with sour cream and chopped herbs. Bon appetit!
