  1. Step 1:

How to make chicken breasts in the oven delicious and juicy? Prepare the necessary products. Take sour cream of any fat content, depending on how high-calorie you want to get the dish.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Put sour cream in a suitable-sized bowl, add salt, ground paprika, basil. Mix well. You can also use other spices as desired and to taste. To make ready-made breasts acquire a piquant or spicy taste, you can add dried garlic, ground black pepper or a ready-made spice mixture for chicken. In the latter case, if salt is present in the composition, take this into account so that the dish does not turn out to be too salty.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

With the resulting sour cream marinade, lubricate the chicken breasts abundantly from all sides. Put the fillets in a container, cover with cling film on top. Leave the breasts to marinate for 1 hour. You can reduce the marinating time to 30-40 minutes, but the longer the meat is marinated, the richer the taste of the finished dish will be.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay out the marinated chicken breasts.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Bake the breasts in a preheated 180C oven for 40-45 minutes. If the breasts begin to blush prematurely, cover the mold with a layer of foil on top. The cooking time may differ from the specified one, as it depends on the characteristics of the individual oven. Based on this, adjust the temperature regime too. Perhaps it will be different for your oven.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Serve baked chicken breasts with any side dish or with fresh vegetables. Enjoy your meal!

In order for the oven to have time to heat up to the desired temperature, turn it on in advance (10-20 minutes before the start of cooking).
