A simple and delicious recipe for breakfast and not only for children. The classic casserole of cottage cheese with raisins in the oven is quite simple to cook. This casserole is served in kindergarten. Sour cream makes the structure of the dish more homogeneous. It turns out especially tasty if you add a little raisins or dried apricots.

    To prepare the curd dough, beat the eggs with sugar a little. It is not necessary to beat for a long time. It is enough to turn everything into a homogeneous mass.

    Then stir in the soft cottage cheese, sour cream, flour and baking powder. Wash the lemon and remove the zest from it. Add the prepared raisins and lemon zest to the dough. Mix all the ingredients together and bring the mass to uniformity by simply mixing everything with a whisk.

    Any heat-resistant form is suitable for baking. I use a detachable metal (20-24 cm). Lubricate the bottom and sides of the mold with a small amount of vegetable oil or cover the mold with cooking paper. Put all the curd dough into it. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
