Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare products for cooking ribs with potatoes. It is better to take fresh ribs, if possible, then they should be chopped into smaller pieces immediately in the store. Any potato will do, but if possible, it is better to take new potatoes and cook them in the peel without peeling. From spices I take salt and ground black pepper, you can add other favorite spices. I will cook in a baking sleeve, you can replace it with foil.
Step 2:
Wash and dry pork ribs. Cut and chop into portions. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper on all sides. It is better to choose meat ribs with a small amount of fat.
Step 3:
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into arbitrary pieces. Put the potatoes in a baking sleeve, add a little salt and mix.
Step 4:
Put pork ribs in a baking bag. You can mix potatoes with ribs with each other, or you can leave it like this.
Step 5:
Add the peeled garlic to the bag with potatoes and ribs. The amount of garlic can be increased or decreased. Tie or close the package with clips, make several punctures. Put it on a baking sheet or baking dish and put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 - 1.5, the time will depend on the size of the sliced potatoes, ribs and the power of the oven.
Step 6:
Ready-made ribs with potatoes get out of the oven, carefully open the package and put everything on a common dish or serving plates. Serve potatoes with hot ribs.
Baked potatoes and ribs together turned out juicy and fragrant. Cooking them together greatly simplified the task with dinner - everything was prepared at the same time and there was no need to wait for meat or side dish. Thanks to the ribs, which were given juice during cooking, the potatoes turned out not dry, fragrant. Such a dish, because of the simplicity of cooking, I called everyday, but it can also be suitable for meeting guests.
For a more complete dinner, you can offer a salad of fresh vegetables or homemade pickles to the company.
