Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make meat in the oven with potatoes and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water from dirt. Choose any meat, as long as it is boneless. Pork can be replaced with any other meat.
Step 2:
Cut pork meat into small pieces. Sprinkle with salt and spices. Add a little vegetable oil. Mix everything together.
Step 3:
Cut the peeled potatoes into a bowl in circles. Also add salt, spices and vegetable oil. Stir and make sure that the vegetable oil covers the whole potatoes with a thin layer.
Step 4:
Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. For baking, take any heat-resistant mold, the bottom and sides of which are lubricated with vegetable oil. Put half of the chopped onion into a mold, evenly distributing it all over the bottom.
Step 5:
Then lay out half of the prepared meat.
Step 6:
Spread half of the potatoes on top of the meat.
Step 7:
Then repeat all the layers again. Cover the mold with foil and put it in the oven, preheated to 190 degrees, for 45 minutes.
Step 8:
Then remove the foil and sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Return the mold to the oven for another 10-15 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven.
Step 9:
Meat with potatoes and cheese is ready! Remove the mold from the oven and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
