Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 2 hours
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make pizza with sausage tomatoes and cheese? First, prepare the products for making the dough.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Warm up the water to a warm state, it should be pleasantly warm, but by no means hot. Warm water activates yeast, hot water will kill them. Add sugar and dry yeast. Stir, cover the bowl with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes. After the prescribed time, the yeast should activate and rise with a "cap".

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Add salt. Enter the flour in portions, gradually kneading the dough. I kneaded it right in the bowl, and I didn't have all the flour left. Do not make the dough too tight, it should remain soft and elastic. Cover the bowl with a towel and put it away for 30-40 minutes in a warm place to rise.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

While the dough is rising, prepare the products for the filling.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Cut the sausage into beautiful slices.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

    Grate the cheese.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Slice the tomatoes. If you have cherry, it will be enough to cut them in half. Cut other tomatoes into moderately thick round slices.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

Distribute the dough that has come up to the mold. I took a round one with a diameter of 24 cm. You can bake directly on a baking sheet. The dough stretches well right with your hands, but you can roll it out with a rolling pin. It is not necessary to lubricate the mold. Sprinkle it with flour or put baking paper.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Grease the dough piece with tomato sauce.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10.

Lay the pieces of sausage and tomatoes on top.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11.

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese on top.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12.

Bake the pizza in the oven at 180 °C for about 30-50 minutes. Focus on the features of your oven. Serve hot.

Pizza with tomatoes and cheese turned out very tasty! The dough is soft, not rubbery. If you roll it out thinner, it will be crispy. There are a lot of fillings, it is juicy and full of flavors.
I took a homemade tomato sauce, it is made from tomato paste. You can use any purchased ketchup or take a regular ketchup.
Also choose the sausage to taste. Any one will do - smoked, boiled, sausages, and meat.
If you have large tomatoes, then cut them into thin rings.
Take any cheese - whatever is available. It turns out very tasty with a special pizza mozzarella. You can take different varieties of cheese and make a mix.

Be prepared for the fact that flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. To avoid mistakes, read about flour and its properties!

Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
