Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make chicken fillet with mayonnaise and cheese? First, prepare all the necessary ingredients for cooking. If the chicken fillet is frozen, put it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and leave it there until it is completely defrosted.
Step 2:
Cut the breasts into plates, it is more convenient to do it with a wide sharp knife. Beat off the fillet a little and it is most convenient to do this through the film, so the fillet does not tear, and splashes do not fly in all directions. Season the chopped fillet with salt and pepper. If desired, you can sprinkle with other favorite spices, but make sure that they do not interrupt the taste of the chicken itself.
Step 3:
Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the chicken fillet in it in one layer. You can stack it tightly, during the cooking process they will become smaller. Sprinkle the chopped garlic on top.
Step 4:
Brush the top of the whole fillet with mayonnaise in a thin layer.
Step 5:
Grate the cheese on a medium grater and sprinkle the top of the chicken fillet. You can take any cheese, and the more piquant the cheese, the more interesting the finished dish will turn out.
Step 6:
Put the chicken fillet in a hot oven and bake it for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. The cheese should melt and become ruddy. Remove the mold from the oven and serve immediately with any side dish or just with fresh vegetables.
Step 7:
Bon appetit.
