Step 1:
How to make a casserole of zucchini with minced meat in the oven? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Zucchini for the preparation of this dish can be used even mature, it will still turn out delicious. Minced meat can be taken mixed from pork and beef to obtain a more fatty and nutritious dish, or from poultry meat, for example, turkey, which is dietary.
Step 2:
Wash the zucchini, if they are milky ripe, then they can be grated together with the skin. Peel the ripe fruits, remove the skin, remove the core with the seeds, rub the pulp on a coarse grater. When the zucchini stand for a while, they will give juice, you need to squeeze the excess juice from the zucchini mass.
Step 3:
Peel the onion and finely chop it with a knife. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, turn on the heat. Fry the onion until transparent over medium heat, stirring with a spatula.
Step 4:
Send the minced meat to the pan. You can wind it yourself from fresh meat in a meat grinder or buy it ready-made in a store. Minced meat can be used any to taste. Fry the minced meat over medium heat, stirring constantly and breaking it with a spatula so that it does not remain in large pieces. Fry the minced meat until half cooked, about 10-15 minutes, depending on what kind of meat it is, it should change color to dark, dull.
Step 5:
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin circles. Grate the hard cheese on a grater. Peel the garlic from the husk and grate it on a fine grater or pass it through a press.
Step 6:
Beat the chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add sour cream, salt, ground black pepper to taste. Whisk the ingredients thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Step 7:
In a greased form, put two-thirds of the zucchini minced meat.
Step 8:
Top all the minced meat with onions and garlic passed through the press. Put the tomato slices on the minced meat.
Step 9:
Next, sprinkle the remaining zucchini with grated cheese and pour the egg-sour cream mixture. Send the form with zucchini and minced meat to the oven, heated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. Remove the casserole, allow to cool slightly, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve. Bon appetit!
