Step 1:
How to make chicken souffle? To prepare a delicious chicken fillet, prepare the necessary ingredients. You can replace zucchini with zucchini and garlic powder with a fresh clove of garlic passed through a press. I prefer sweet and sour apples, Granny Smith varieties.
Step 2:
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into small pieces.

Peel and seed the pumpkin and cut into small slices.

Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences. Broccoli can be used both fresh and frozen. If you use frozen cabbage, you need to defrost it in the refrigerator beforehand. And in general, it is more careful to handle such cabbage, because it crumbles more easily than fresh. But at the same time it needs to be squeezed out carefully.
Step 5:
Wash the squash, dry it. The souffle should be homogeneous, well ground, so it's better to peel the zucchini. It is allowed not to peel if you have milk zucchini with a delicate and thin skin. If you use zucchini, then their skin is even tougher than that of ordinary zucchini, so it is necessary to clean it. Cut the prepared zucchini into small cubes.
Step 6:
Wash the apple, peel and seeds and also cut into small pieces. You need a medium-sized apple. I had a large one, so I used only half.
Step 7:
Put chicken fillet, apple, zucchini, egg and spices in a blender bowl.
Step 8:
Whisk everything thoroughly until smooth puree. The puree should be thoroughly ground, there should be no small whole pieces in it. The more homogeneous the souffle, the tastier and more tender it will be.
Step 9:
Put the minced chicken in a greased baking dish.
Step 10:
Arrange broccoli inflorescences and pumpkin slices on top. Put the chicken souffle with pumpkin and broccoli in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake for about 40 minutes until cooked. Keep in mind that the souffle may rise slightly, and there may be a lot of juice in the chicken that will overflow from the mold, so either take the mold deeper, or put parchment or foil under the mold.
Step 11:
Cool the finished souffle slightly, transfer to a dish and cut into pieces. You can serve this souffle hot directly from the oven as the main hot dish. Or cool it and serve it as an appetizer. It will be delicious in any case. Enjoy your meal!
All vegetables can be replaced with any other according to your taste. Also pay attention to the dimensions of the mold so that the finished souffle does not turn out to be flat.

Which zucchini will work best? Choose young fruits with tender skins. Wash them and peel them. It is not necessary to cut off a very thin skin. If you use more mature zucchini, cut off the rough peel and cut out the middle with the seeds.
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
