Step 1:
How to make a lush charlotte with apples on kefir? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose apples of sweet and sour or sweet varieties. Pre-sift the flour through a hundred to saturate it with oxygen. Thanks to this, the finished cake will turn out more lush.
Step 2:
In a separate glass, mix kefir, heated to room temperature, with soda and leave to stand for a minute. In a fermented milk environment, soda will react quickly, begin to foam and increase slightly in volume.
Step 3:
To prepare the dough, beat the eggs with sugar a little. It is not necessary to beat strongly. It is enough that everything mixes well and begins to turn into foam.
Step 4:
Now pour kefir with soda. Mix it up. When mixing, you can notice that the entire mass is covered with bubbles. Due to this, the dough will rise well during baking.
Step 5:
Pour in the flour and knead the dough until smooth, so that there are no lumps of flour left. To do this, you can use a mixer.
Step 6:
The finished dough will be thick enough. The consistency is about the same as for pancakes.
Step 7:
Wash the apples and cut them into large pieces. Peel the apples or not, decide for yourself. I'm leaving the peel.
Step 8:
It is convenient to use a split mold for baking. Cover the baking dish (18 cm) with cooking paper and pour out 2/3 of the dough. Spread the prepared apples over the entire surface of the dough. If desired, you can sprinkle apples with a little cinnamon.
Step 9:
Then pour out the remaining dough. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. When baking a pie, be guided by your oven.
Step 10:
The readiness of the pie can be checked with a wooden skewer. Pierce the pie with it and immediately pull it out. If it is dry, then the cake is ready. It will become an appetizing golden color.
Step 11:
Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool it a little. You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
Step 12:
Serve it with tea, coffee, milk or juice. Have a nice treat!
