Step 1:
How to bake tuna in the oven in foil? Prepare the products. If your fish is frozen, defrost it by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Adjust the amount of garlic to your liking.

Clean the fish from the scales, wash and gut, removing the insides well. Also rinse the carcass well inside. Pat the tuna thoroughly with a paper towel.

Step 4:

The fish should be completely covered with sauce.

Wrap the carcass tightly with foil and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This time will be enough for marinating. Turn on the oven to warm up at 160 degrees. Then put the fish in foil on a baking sheet and send it to bake for 1 hour.
Step 9:
10 minutes before the end of cooking, cut the foil, open the fish and bake it until golden brown.
Step 10:
