Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make dumplings in sour cream in the oven? For this dish, you can use frozen ready-made dumplings. It is not necessary to defrost them beforehand. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and put the frozen dumplings. Fry them over high heat until golden brown. This is necessary so that the finished dish has an appetizing aroma and so that they do not stick together in the oven.
Step 2:
Place the fried dumplings in the prepared baking dish. The form can be used in any size, as it is more convenient for you. I decided to cook it in pots for 2 servings. Therefore, an even number of dumplings is indicated in the composition of the recipe.
Step 3:
For sour cream sauce, mix sour cream with water. if the sour cream is liquid, then you can add less water than indicated in the recipe. Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife. Finely chop the greens as well. Add chopped herbs and garlic to the sour cream. Add a little salt to taste and add spices. Mix it up.
Step 4:
Grate the cheese on a medium grater and add to the sauce. Mix everything well.
Step 5:
Pour the resulting sour cream and cheese sauce over the dumplings so that they are almost covered with it. Put the dumplings in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then remove them from the oven, cool slightly and serve to the table. Bon appetit!
Dumplings have always been and will be a salvation for bachelors or working people who are always busy and in a hurry somewhere. But simply boiled, they quickly get bored. Therefore, I decided to approach their preparation from the other side, showing a little ingenuity at the same time.
This is an easy and quick dish for the everyday table. Even ordinary simple dumplings can be cooked with a twist to impress all your household. In this form, they turn out much tastier. In addition, you can fry mushrooms with onions and add them to the dumplings before baking.
Cook with pleasure! Very tasty!!!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !

Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, high-quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
