Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. For such a dish, you do not need to take large, medium and small tubers, it is better to take young potatoes, because it will be baked with the peel. As spices, we will use salt, ground black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic and fresh dill and parsley.
Step 2:
My potatoes, first cut into two halves, each of them into slices, as a rule, these are three or four pieces.
Step 3:
Pour water into a saucepan, add a little salt to it, turn on the fire. When the water boils, put the potato slices in a saucepan with water and cook for no more than two minutes from the moment of boiling.
Step 4:
With a slotted spoon, remove the potatoes from the water, dry them on a paper towel. Let it cool down a little, but not completely, the main thing is that the hands are patient, you need to pickle potatoes with your hands. Put the potatoes, add spices, finely chopped or chopped garlic, olive oil, mix the potatoes with your hands, carefully so that the slices do not break.
Step 5:
Leave the potatoes to stand in a bowl with spices for about 10 minutes, so that each slice is well soaked with spices and oil.
Step 6:
On a dry baking sheet (you can cover it with parchment, but not necessarily, the potatoes will be in oil and will not stick to the baking sheet), we spread slices of pickled potatoes in rows so that they do not touch each other. Pour the remaining marinade over the potatoes on top.
Step 7:
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Put a baking sheet with potatoes in the oven, bake for about 25 minutes. Focus on the work of your oven, the potatoes should be slightly browned.
Step 8:
Take out the potatoes on a platter, serve with fresh vegetables, ketchup or some other sauce to taste. Bon appetit!
