Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To cook chicken skewers on skewers in the oven, we will need: chicken fillet; multicolored bell peppers (I took red and green); teriyaki sauce (can be replaced with soy sauce); white wine vinegar and ground paprika.

String 5-6 pieces of chicken on long wooden skewers, alternating with slices of bell pepper. Using a brush, lubricate the kebabs with the remaining sauce from marinating.
Step 7:
Put the prepared kebabs on top of a suitable-sized baking sheet covered with parchment. To prevent the skewers from darkening from high temperatures, you can wrap the meat-free tips in pieces of foil. Bake kebabs in preheated to 200 °In the oven for about 25 minutes, turning them over periodically for even baking. I also smeared the kebabs with the remnants of the marinade.

Serve kebabs with any side dish: rice, potatoes, pasta or salad of fresh vegetables. I served it with boiled rice mixed with canned corn. Bon appetit!
