Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake chicken breasts with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese? Prepare all the necessary ingredients for this. Mushrooms can be used any. I will cook with fresh champignons. Take the cheese such as it will be easy to grate on a grater. If the onion is small, take a couple of onions. If large, then one will be enough.
Step 2:
First of all, peel the onion and rinse it in cold water. Then finely chop. Wash the champignons, peel and cut into pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into the frying pan and preheat it to a hot state. Put the chopped onion and mushrooms in a frying pan. Fry everything together for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally so that nothing burns. Mushrooms can be slightly salted.
Step 3:
Cut the chicken breast fillet lengthwise to make such large pieces. Beat off each piece a little with a kitchen hammer. It is not necessary to hit hard, since chicken meat is very tender and it is easy to damage it.
Step 4:
Cover the baking sheet with parchment and lay out the chipped chicken pieces. Brush each piece with mayonnaise. Sprinkle them with a little salt and spices. I use paprika as a spice.
Step 5:
Then lay out the fried mushrooms.
Step 6:
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin circles. Arrange the sliced tomatoes over the mushrooms.
Step 7:
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the chicken breasts. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 8:
When baking, juice will appear from the chicken. The cheese on the surface will melt and brown a little. Remove the finished breasts from the oven, transfer to a dish and serve to the table.
Step 9:
You can supplement the feed with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
Champignons can be replaced with boletus or buttermilk, but take into account the difference in the sequence and cooking time.
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
