Step 1:

Brush the fish inside and out with lemon juice, sprinkle with fish spices, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. If you are worried that the fish will turn out to be too acidic, you can remove lemon juice from the composition, or do not lubricate the inside of the carcass with it, but only pour it on the outside.
Step 4:
Halves of onion and lemon cut into thin circles. You can replace the onion with a red one, and the lemon with lime.
Step 5:
