Step 1:
How to make chicken drumsticks in creamy mustard sauce? Prepare everything you need for this. So that the meat is not dry, take the shins. which have not been frozen. Wash the chicken drumsticks and dry them with a paper towel.
Step 2:
Fold the chicken drumsticks into a spacious bowl. Sprinkle them with salt and spices. Pour a little vegetable oil. Mix them with your hands, carefully rubbing the spices into the meat. Leave the shins in this form for 15-20 minutes so that they are slightly marinated.
Step 3:
Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the shins on high heat from all sides so that they are slightly browned.
Step 4:
Place the fried drumsticks in a baking dish. It can be glass, ceramic or metal. It's more convenient for me to cook in a ceramic one.
Step 5:
In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce for the chicken. To do this, combine cream and white wine. Add chopped garlic, mustard, a little salt and spices. Curry, paprika or just a little ground black pepper is suitable as a spice for chicken. Mix all the ingredients and bring to a boil. But you do not need to boil - just heat it!
Step 6:
Pour the resulting hot sauce over the shins immediately in the form. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 30-35 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 7:
During baking, you can pour the chicken 2-3 times with the sauce in which it is prepared. Ready-made chicken drumsticks will become an appetizing golden color. If you pierce the leg with a knife, a light juice - broth should appear from it. If the juice is pink, then it is not ready yet!
Step 8:
Transfer the finished chicken drumsticks to a plate and serve hot. Bon appetit!
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
